Dr. Hirshfield has made significant contributions to particle accelerator physics, vacuum electronics, and high-power microwave sources. His expertise includes beam dynamics, advanced accelerator concepts, and novel RF technologies. As a Principal Scientist at Omega-P R&D, Inc. and the Particle Accelerator Research Foundation, he continues to lead groundbreaking research in accelerator physics and related fields.

CTO: Dr. Yong Jiang (Ph.D, 2008, Yale)
Dr. Yong Jiang, a Ph.D. graduate from Yale University in Physics, specializes in accelerator physics, high-gradient accelerators, and high-power microwave sources. With extensive experience as a researcher at Yale and as Chief Scientist at Omega-P R&D, Inc., he has contributed to numerous scientific advancements, including electron cyclotron resonance accelerators and high-intensity particle beams. Dr. Jiang has secured multiple patents in accelerator technology and has played a key role in securing research grants from institutions such as the Department of Energy and the National Science Foundation.

Ievgeniia Laskaieva brings a wealth of experience in financial operations, grant administration, and business management. With a strong background in economics and finance, she has worked in both the public and private sectors, managing financial operations, compliance, and strategic planning. As Business Manager at Omega-P R&D, Inc. , she oversees grant funding, financial reporting, and budget management, ensuring smooth operations and regulatory compliance. Her expertise in financial strategy and administrative leadership plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s research initiatives.
